Our return address is listed on your packing slip. The buyer is responsible for any shipping return costs.
Our money-back guarantee is based on a good faith agreement, meaning that you are allowed to return both sealed and unsealed bags for a full refund. We ask that if you are returning multiple bags for a full refund, only one of those bags is unsealed. Any abuse of our money-back guarantee will be handled on a discretionary basis. For safety purposes, we discard all unsealed bags of coffee.
For subscription orders, your subscription will still stay open if you are returning product. If you want to cancel your subscription when returning an order, please log into your account by clicking the person icon located at the top right of our website. Once you are logged in, any subscriptions can be cancelled or paused through the Manage tab.
