You may cancel your anytime before your order ships. Simply write us a message through the contact link on our website, or contact us directly at support@hildascoffee.com. If your order has already shipped, please return your order by shipping it to the mailing address on your packing slip, and we will issue you a full refund.  Buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
